Warnings

  • DO NOT remove all of the braids and shampoo hair 1st.  Hair will become very tangled and matted.  Then you will need the services of the Tangled Hair Techs-which will cost more money for a grave mistake.
  • There are so many videos on the internet that say to use conditioner to detangle through the build-up in braids or weaves, however conditioner was not designed for that-so it is not effective on every head.  If fact, sometimes conditioner can make your hair more tangled or matted-it is water based.  And if glue is used at the end of braids the braid remover Take Down will make it dissolve.

Micro braids are so beautiful when they are done, which is why so many women are attracted to the hairstyle.  They can also be very damaging to the hair if they are improperly removed.  So take your time and if you can't do the removal, go to a professional that has been trained in the Take Down Removal system technique.  That way you will save your hair, time and money.

Moisturize hair well before styling.
